The first nights stay is required as non-refundable deposit for all rooms.

All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Single Room Reservations — If a cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to arrival only a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.  If a cancellation is received 13 days or less before the reservation date, you will be charged for the room plus a $50 cancellation fee.  If the room is rebooked only the $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

Multiple Room Reservations — A full-stay non refundable deposit is required.  If a cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to arrival only a $50 cancellation fee per room will be charged.  If a cancellation is received 13 days or less before the reservation date, you will be charged for the rooms plus a $50 cancellation fee.  If the rooms are rebooked only a $50 cancellation fee will be charged, per room.

For Weddings/Special Events/Holidays –

A full-stay non refundable deposit is required.  If, in the case of cancellation, the room(s) can be re-booked, a refund of the deposit on the re-booked rooms, less a $50 cancellation fee will be returned.

Gift Certificates –

Gift certificates are available anytime for your gift giving.  Gift certificates serve as a deposit and are under the same cancellation policies as any other type of deposit.  Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

Breakfast –

A homemade Continental PLUS Breakfast is served in the main dining room anytime between 8:00-10:00a.m.  We will work to accommodate any special needs or timing issues you may have.

Tours –

We offer tours only for fundraising efforts in our community.  Other than for these special occasions, we do not offer tours. This is so our guests may enjoy their quiet getaway.

Rules –

Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in The Ludlow Mansion.  This is strictly enforced!  Violation means immediate eviction and added cleaning and fumigating costs to you.  Smoking is allowed in the parking lot or in your vehicle only.  Also, please dispose of your cigarette butts in receptacles provided.

Visitors –

Guest visitors are not permitted on the property.  Because we cater to the comfort, privacy and security of our registered guest, no one but registered guests may be in the house without prior knowledge and without the innkeeper being present.
